I do not recall what triggered me to pick this book up. I believe it was a newsletter or a blog post in my inbox that made me think, oh, yes, just what I need. I ordered the book…and while I was cleaning in my own bedroom–I found out that, of course, I already own this book. I have owned this book for years apparently and it has been sitting and waiting for me on my shelf, patiently waiting. About two feet away from where I sleep every night, with other books of all sorts.
And so, I am beginning to dive in, slowly. I shall read and do the exercises…and incorporate what I can into my own daily practices. Which is why I picked this book up in the first place, twice, now.
I am also, again slowly, because the plan I had for reading this year went by the wayside way back in January when I picked up the fiction book of my book club…read the first chapter and groaned and set it aside. I haven’t done much on the book club books since, although I have read other books, as my Kindle is amazing.
What are you doing these days? What are you reading? What is inspiring you right now?
