For years now, I have had a goal which I have not even come close to meeting; my goal has been to knit twelve sweaters throughout the entire year.

I am going to make my goal this year to knit six sweaters.  Just six.  Perhaps I can attain that goal. 

Especially since I also have plans and yarn to knit up three shawls…and a poncho.

For Christmas, I received the kit for this shawl—I received the yarn that comes in the kit—and yarn for two more of the same shawl as well.

I am going to lump my crocheting in here as well.  I want to finish my second cotton granny square blanket – it’s been in process for about forever now…I just did not do much at all last year.  I also have at least three more granny square blankets on my to-do list. 

Plus, my youngest is always good for requesting a ton of hats throughout the year – and I also have three little dolls to make for him as well.  I should have made those before/for Christmas, but … it didn’t work out that way.

When I see it all here, it doesn’t seem all that much, now does it?  Now, if only I can get through all of this, happily, this year.  I will amaze myself.
