So, I do believe (and yes, I am too lazy to go through posts to see if I did this, so apologies for this whole set-up) that I announced on this site that I would be moving the Sunday and Wednesday prompts, and all prompts really, to a Substack subscription newsletter.
Well, I did that. And then I had a better idea. Even though I probably could have done everything I am planning to do on Patreon over on Substack, something kept nudging and pushing me towards Patreon. So, I deleted the Substack, the subscription prompts newsletter, as well as the free Substack newsletter that I had never written a single thing for…and I moved it all over to Patreon.
That said, let me tell you about my Patreon.
I have only one tier. Well, ok, I guess I have two.
I have free, which will include the newsletter. I am still debating on making it monthly or twice a month. It also includes random prompts, random tidbits, random videos, and whatever else I feel like posting there for free.
Then there is the single paid subscription tier. This includes: everything. The newsletter, every video, every post, weekly prompts, more prompts, free short stories, free longer stories, free previews, behind-the-scenes … stuff, discounts, and whatever else I feel like throwing out there.
I am only offering that single paid tier (as well as the free tier) because I don’t want anyone to feel left out because they don’t have enough money to be in the highest tier and they really want to have something in a higher tier, but…you get the picture. One tier (not counting the free one) and everyone is equal.
I also brought all of the content I was planning to post on my reamstories.com platform, but again, I hate breaking things up into a hundred different platforms so you have to run here and then run there and then catch up over here to find me and figure out what’s going on.
Hence, one Patreon. One subscription tier. One free tier.
And this website is staying up, alive, and I will be posting more content here as well, but not as much as I will be posting on Patreon.
I hope to see you over there.
