My Poor MakeseLife Planner

As my planner system evolves, I need my MakseLife planner less and less.

I haven’t stepped up and really used my MakeseLife in months. I try to at leastg do the monthly reflection at the end of the month. I have been trying to at least set monthly goals for the next month then.

I haven’t done weekly reflection in several months now. I just gave up.

I haven’t done weekly goal setting in a couple of months. It just wasn’t working for me.

I haven’t filled in tasks or much of anything else on the weekly spreads for months. I will backlog things on the weekly spreads out of guilt.

The Makselife is typically where I plan out the nuts and bolts of my days: household takes, writing tasks, reading tasks, crochet tasks, appointments, Lunar cycle, and other things.

My MakseLife used to hold the minutiae of my day. And then…as I moved over more to an interstitial journal and the MakesLife was nothing more than a heavy calendar that I look at for dates here and there.

Part of me wishes I could use it more, not just for the covers and dashboards I bought through Etsy that fit them perfectly. In the beginning, this was a great planner for me.

It was a great planner for me until it wasn’t.

This whole year has been a big big shift for me on so many levels. I have to keep moving forward.

I am glad you are following along with me on this journey.
