End Of Month And Beginning Of Month Reflection Using The 2025 Danielle LaPorte Planner

I am still using my ARC (Advanced Reading Copy) of the 2025 Weekly Planner.

I only printed out what I needed to use for right now, which are the pre-planner pages in the front, the post-planner pages in the back (which is where the information for the free online course Free and Clear resides), and the month of January 2025, which came with the first page of February.

Now, I may no longer have all my pages in order since I keep using them and shuffling them around. But I have the correct pages for what I am doing.

January Reflection:

Not only are you asked what is working, you are given examples to help spark more than the typical, well, I had a good walk with the dog on the fifteenth or whatever.

I love the next question, as it opens up so many doors in my mind: what is better than it was before? Again with little sparks along the way to encourage you to go deeper than a simple baseline of reciting facts without much … heart in it.

What is not working? The typical questions, but with more sparks to help you dig in deeper. What needs to shift…what needs to change…

Fulfilling insights and actions: again, those sparks to encourage more. I felt. I learned. I understood. So on.

The Relationship Reflection.

This is not only about your relationship with, say, a romantic partner, but also with yourself, with your inner child, with friends, with family, with work, with community, with your guides, with the world…

Every question here has suggestions, those nuggets to spark you onward along with it.

How can I love my way through? How beautiful is this question? Whatever is tender or is challenging for you right now…

Where in my relationships is there vitality and strength?

In what ways can I be more truthful and compassionate with myself? With others? With the collective?

What do I need to stop doing, to let go of? How can I bless and release that?

Again, that question is such a shift from what ‘They’ preach at us. It is so beautiful to look at myself, and those around me, and the world as a whole, in this fashion.

Here’s where I am not sure my pages are in the right order. Yes, I could pull up the PDF and verify, but this is more organic for me right now. I am enjoying the process.

February Forward.

There is a list of things to explore under Ways I Will Nourish My Nervous System. There are also spaces for you to add in something of your own.

I am focused on healing:

And the key actions for healing:

Then there is the soul quality for the month and a definition for you/

Followed by more questions.

In what ways can I embody divine love? And how would the world at large look and feel with more divine love?

Write a letter to your inner child, asking how to support that child.

Write a love note to my positive and to my negative emotions and aspects.

Write a love note to people I feel close to and to those I feel averse to.

Honestly, this is worth the effort to sit down for a few minutes and write these love notes. To push forth love and kindness and compassion for yourself, for those around you, and for those worldwide who live in this world as well. As well as for the world itself.

I will admit that when I first sat down to do this end of month and beginning of month reflection, I briefly glanced at the pages and thought, this is too much for me to do.

Is it though? Is it not worth the time to sit and to reflect and to embrace myself and my world, everyone, with love, kindness, compassion, without judgment?

It is a lot like a therapy session, relaxing and working through things with a cup of tea rather than with someone sitting there judging me for my every thought and costume. Or maybe that is just me.
