My Archives Dilemma

As you have seen over the past few months, I have been giving this site a well-needed makeover.

My career has shifted. My life focus has shifted. And therefore, my online spaces must shift with me as well.

The quandary I have been having with this site is: do I keep the archives of the past post available…or as I rebrand and re-establish myself here, do I delete them and begin afresh?

Honestly, right now, I think the best thing for this space and for myself is to keep the past posts open for anyone and everyone to peruse.

Although I cannot guarantee you will find anything specific, I know there are plenty of creative prompts and ideas to keep us all busy for some time.

Shortly I will also be shutting down my Substack Prompts newsletter. , as will the newsletter. However, the prompts and newsletter, as well as a myriad of other things, will be moving to a Patreon subscription.

I will speak more about that once I have the subscription service set up.

As a bit of a teaser, I will tell you there will be, of course, the various prompts every month, and every week. There will be videos. (I already have at least six ready to be filmed for this month alone.) There will be short stories and possibly novellas. Plus, there will be us, as a community.

I hope you stick around as I make these changes.

Forget about the Patreon thing for a minute.

What will you be seeing on this site as we move forward? I bet that is of more interest than a subscription.

On this site, I will be offering up bits of my writing, new offers for sale, ideas, conversation, and behind-the-scenes glimpses of my process.

The focus of this site will be on my life as a writer.

The focus of this site will be on me as a builder of worlds.

If this sounds like your cup of tea, please continue to follow along with me.

As always, I deeply appreciate every one of you who do…and those of you who will.

Until next time…
